We left Antioch on April 16 driving to Redmond to visit the kids and drop our dogs off. We hit the road on April 22nd to start another road trip adventure. We're thankful for the opportunity to explore new places, visit family and friends and just hang out together as we see what God has planned.

APRIL 22. Left Redmond to drive East. First stop - Mountain Home, Idaho - 400 miles. Beautiful country but brrrrrr it's Nippy!!!

APRIL 23. Left Mountain Home driving to Laramie, Wyoming with a stop in Ogden, Utah. Enjoyed some sun before we drove into drizzles and rain. After dinner we walked out to SNOW! Flip flops and light sweatshirt didn't quite cut it. Wow, the Lord is full of surprises. Love it!

APRIL 24. EASTER! Laramie to Cheyenne, Wyoming where we found a Calvary Chapel church. We missed our Sanctuary family but enjoyed a wonderful Easter celebration with Gods family in Cheyenne. Drove the rest of the 550 miles to Omaha, Nebraska. Still cold but no snow. Yay!

APRIL 25. Omaha to Portage, Indiana, just off the shores of Lake Michigan. Drove through Des Moines, Iowa. Beautiful country, rolling hills, lots of trees. Little warmer.

April 26 - Were having so much fun. We thank God that we are able to spend this time exploring His creation.

Today we are driving from Portage, Indiana to Monroeville Pa. We will go through Indiana, Ohio and into Pennsylvania. Pretty country. The people are very friendly. It's so refreshing. At breakfast at the hotel, a lady asked if she could join us for breakfast. It was fun visiting with her and her husband. She's German, a wedding photographer traveling to Boston to photograph a wedding. She and her husband live in Bozeman, Montana, close to Yellowstone. When she found out we were planning tovisiy Yellowstone on our way home, she offered to be our guide. We just might take her up on that.

As we drove to Monroeville we saw beautiful countryside, lush green hills and large plots of land...

April 27-left Monroeville heading to Lancaster (300 miles) where we will meet the Uptons. It's a really pretty drive. It's so green and spring time is evident all over the country side. Wow, is our God so amazing and creative. Weather is warm and humid fluctuating between 75 and 80. We're so thankful to be on this amazing adventure!
